    Dry Needling uses solid filament needles to stimulate a twitch response to release muscle tension and pain, this allows the body’s biochemistry to produce a natural analgesic.

  • IASTM

    Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM) or Instrument assisted neuro sensory modulation (IANSM) is a type of manual therapy that utilises tools to provide stimulus to the brain to regulate neural activity and mitigate pain.

Most health funds do not accept gift certificates/e-cards as the person receiving the treatment did not pay for the service. In this instance an invoice will be emailed to you as it will be up to the health fund should they recognise it.

Gift Cards

Important Update: Gift certificates and e-cards are only available to purchase for exisiting clients only.

Gift cards and gift certificates are the perfect way to treat someone. You can customise the amount, or choose the equivalent of one of our treatments. These can be either purchased in clinic or an e-card.

As the clinic does not have a dedicated receptionist,  ​​​​​please make contact to organise a suitable collection time for your gift certificate purchase. 

The current lead time to book a 30min appointment is approximately 3 months. The current lead time to book a 45min or longer appointment is approximately 5 months.

Cancellation Policy

No fee for cancellation up to 4 hours prior to appointment.

A $55 fee for appointments cancelled less than 4 hours prior to appointment.

Full fee charged for those who do not attend or cancel after appointment time has started. 

If you have not arrived or contacted the clinic within 15mins of your appointment start time, you will be marked in the system as "did not attend" and your appointment is considered cancelled.

Illness Policy

If you have tested positive to COVID-19 or have an infectious condition that can be transmitted by direct or indirect contact, including, but not limited to flu, upper respiratory tract infections, gastroenteritis, MRSA or skin infections, please contact the clinic to reschedule your appointment until you have no further symptoms.

It is recommended that you wait 2 days after having a vaccination before receiving a massage.
